Leadership Development

Challenge:
To assist a leading global services firm to fully integrate a number of recently acquired business units. This would enable the overall business strategy to be successfully implemented quickly.
Approach:
Working closely with key client representatives, Exetor consultants helped the company design a blueprint for leadership development across the entire business. This included developing and implementing a leadership model linked to a performance management system and instituting leadership development activities such as on-the-job coaching and mentoring and periodic assessments covering 7 to 10 years of an employee’s tenure. In addition, embedded in the activities were core cultural values that the client wanted to drive through the organization.
Result:
The firm was able to keep and grow its key leadership talent it had acquired and effectively manage the changes it faced in both the market and the economy.
