Developing leadership skills

We engaged with the CEO and top team of an e-commerce retailer to help them develop the leadership capabilities needed to successfully drive an ambitious growth strategy and cultural change within the company.  This involved working with 360-degree feedback for each executive, 1:1 coaching for each member of the team in support of developing specific leadership skills, group coaching with the top team to raise their performance and effectiveness as a senior team.
