Yapincak brings more than 30 years of experience as a corporate leader, advisor and coach focusing on the transformation of leaders and businesses. As an experienced team coach, she facilitates courageous conversations with Executives in multinationals, family businesses and technology scale-ups since 2013.
In her early career, Yapincak worked in Unilever, Nestle, Colgate, Mey-Diageo, BP and HSBC in leadership roles with P&L responsibility as part of Country ExCo and European Marketing Leadership teams. She brings a strong business acumen, yet with a sense of lightness and empathy for her clients’ complex challenges. Her diverse background enables her to build a strong understanding for a wide range of clients across multiple sectors gained in the UK, EMEA Region, USA and Asia.
Since her move to London in 2016, Yapincak has established herself as a coach, faculty, board member and advisor in numerous organizations. She derives her energy from the power of cross pollinating these experiences in serving her clients.
