Valarie’s expertise is rooted in software development, where she has led international teams in creating digital applications and services across multiple platforms and industry sectors.  She has held executive positions at AT&T, Cisco Systems, Marriott International and S&P Global.  Her development repertoire spans from delivering mobile and web applications, reservations and point of sale systems, to employing machine learning to translate support sites into 9 languages.  Her leadership included managing teams based in 17 different countries with a broad range of product delivery responsibilities from concept and user experience testing, to prototyping and scalable customer delivery.
