A seasoned leadership consultant and executive coach, Donald is a founding director of The Exetor Group and is currently serving in the role of Partner Emeritus. He brings to the company a holistic approach to serving executive clients and specializes in helping them (and their teams) to develop their leadership qualities.
Before coming to The Exetor Group, Donald spent more than 20 years providing top-level curriculum design, program and organization development, consulting, facilitation, and one-on-one coaching.
