Danielle spent the first half of her career working in Asia and Europe in Finance and HR leading teams in global organisations for 15 years before becoming an independent organisational and leadership consultant and executive coach.
Her consulting background along with her rare blend of Finance, HR, executive coaching and also psychotherapy qualifications enable her to support Exetor’s clients in business change, transformation and transitions. Having undertaken Director roles, interim and consulting assignments in different industries and countries, she advises Board and C-suite executives in the areas of Organizational Design and Development, change and transformation (e.g. culture and digital disruption), leadership and talent development, people and change strategy.
Danielle’s leadership experience is grounded in the work she has done with various clients in consumer goods, banking and insurance, hospitality, education, technology, infrastructure and professional services. Passionate about helping leaders and teams to achieve their potential and building high performance and healthy cultures, clients value her pragmatic and culturally sensitive approach, as well as her acute business and people instincts. A psychological and systemic coach, Danielle takes an integrative, whole-person, whole-system approach to the work she does with individuals and organisations. She does this by blending neuroscience, psychological and systems-thinking models into client programmes and team coaching.
