Anna has over 20 years of experience in working with individuals and teams who seek to develop their leadership and collaboration. Since joining Exetor in 2011, she serves as executive coach and counsellor, as well as facilitator of leadership development programs.
Anna’s expertise also includes leadership assessment and organizational development, learning design and change communications.
Prior to joining Exetor, Anna worked as organizational consultant and coach, serving top teams in several large Northern European countries on a range of individual and organizational leadership issues. Among other, she served on the McKinsey Learning team, designing, developing and delivering leadership programs that were disseminated globally. She speaks several languages, which has enabled her to continuously serve clients internationally.
Anna is keen on helping individuals discover their potential and own their power to shape their context, and she is willing to let herself be impacted by the exploration. This enables her to contribute to deep learning and transformation. She lives with her husband Erik and two kids outside of Stockholm, close to the forest and the archipelago.
Anna is fluent in English, Swedish, and French and proficient in Italian and German.
