Kristen’s purpose as a coach is to galvanize executive leaders, diverse teams and organizational cultures to spark and sustain meaningful change. A proven leader in cultivating transformation at scale, she now focuses on building the capabilities of her clients to do the same.

Most recently, Kristen served as Chief Culture Officer for BCW, stewarding the cultural integration of the largest merger in public relations history and establishing a dynamic organizational ecosystem rooted in a growth mindset. While in that role, she also launched the industry’s first mindfulness-based leadership development program. Kristen has also held talent and communications leadership roles in other agencies, including Citizen Relations and Plus Company, where she launched its first diversity and inclusion initiative, and at Rock the Vote
