Satu Kreula

Global Practitioner

Satu specializes in working with individuals and executive teams to improve their ability to work productively and lead effectively on a global scale.  She coaches senior executives from around the world to help them develop their leadership capabilities including their ability and sensitivity in working across cultures.  In addition, she works with multicultural teams to help them better understand and capitalize on their diversity, and she works with organizations in ensuring that their strategic intents and operational plans are compatible with the markets they wish to operate in.

Satu has over 15 years of experience in coaching and consulting.  In addition to this work, she has held senior international business development roles successfully leading virtual teams and developing new programs and services for emerging markets. She has worked across all sectors and lived in seven countries in Europe, North and South America.  Her work has taken her to over 40 countries on six continents (she’s travelled in over 80).  Her employers and clients have included Nokia, Shell, Unilever, several UN agencies, the UK Civil Aviation Authority and Save the Children.
