Viola joined Exetor in 2003, She has more than 20 years experience in supporting individuals, teams and organisations in the field of leadership. Her passion is to unfold a leader‘s full potential to lead with courage, clarity, and an open heart. She brings the unique combination of an analytical mind with clear business understanding on the one side and on the other side deep empathy and  inner and outer systems awareness to her clients. This is how she open doors for personal transformation.

Viola has worked with leaders and leadership teams in several DAX companies, as well as midsized companies and consultancies, supporting them to build trust, align around a joint vision and engage in a personal and team learning journey unfolding higher performance. She uses LCP 360 reports to support her individual coaching’s and team journeys to identify and support key development areas that otherwise often stay hidden. Among other experiences, she has coached senior leaders including a current DAX CFO through several career steps in recent years. She is currently supporting internal DAX auditors and consultants in the fields of presence, assertiveness as well as conflict management and works with software start-ups and scale-ups supporting them in peer coaching.
