Suki brings 20 years of global executive leadership, business management and marketing expertise to her role as a Partner with The Exetor Group. In serving her clients she draws on her knowledge of global corporate organizations having led and worked with teams and companies in Europe, Asia and North America. Suki works with executive teams and individuals to help navigate their professional and personal worlds in order to create effective change strategies, leading to greater business and personal growth.
Suki started her career as a Brand Manager for a UK-based pharmaceutical company, where she worked closely with the Board on an international expansion strategy and its IPO on the London Stock Exchange. In 2002 she joined the Thomson Corporation and relocated to the US to launch an international Medical Communication and Education division for Thomson Healthcare.
In 2009 Suki joined WPP as a Global Client Leader, where she led a major international healthcare client requiring the establishment of multi-disciplinary, international high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Having lived in Europe and the U.S., Suki is currently based in New York and works with several global multinational organizations. Her own personal drive and curiosity for unlocking human potential helps to draw out the extraordinary in her clients, allowing them to emerge as successful leaders, insightful influencers, trusted advisors and champions of their own operative style. Suki also leads Exetor’s Diversity and Inclusion practice and works with clients to help understand their D&I challenges in order to help change mindsets and behaviors to ensure D&I initiatives are integrated as part of an organization’s DNA.
Suki is a certificated Executive Coach working closely with leaders across the world. Her co-active approach to coaching is coupled with her intuitive style and practical, hands-on support.
