His experience spans the public sector, technology media and telecoms, music, financial services, professional services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail / FMCG and Industry.
He has held Managing Director & Senior Management leadership positions for professional services and Human Capital Management consulting organisations in the United States & Europe. Shay‘s consultancy work focuses on the professional development and excellence of leadership and senior management teams ensuring that the strategic objectives and goals of the organisation and its leaders are aligned. He has designed and delivered workforce solutions including senior leadership & executive development initiatives, creating high performance leaders & teams, culture change, transformational change and executive coaching/mentoring.
