Philipp has been an executive coach and leadership development consultant for clients in many different industries such as Healthcare, Consulting, Energy, Marketing & Communication, Automotive and Pharma since 2010. Prior to joining Exetor he worked 9 years as an entrepreneur and company executive, providing services in the media industry and 7 years as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. As a management consultant Philipp served clients in the financial industries on topics such as sales excellence, organizational development and strategy.
As a coach, trainer and consultant Philipp can rely on the broad experiences of his previous roles. This combined with his strong interpersonal skills make him a highly valuable partner for his clients.
