Philipp comes to Exetor with over 15 years of experience in management consulting and leadership development. Philipp is driven by his curiosity of how to optimally support the development of high performing individuals and teams in any individual client context. His approach to leadership development combines evidence-based insights from the fields of neuroscience, positive psychology, behavioural economics, and leadership theory.
During his 7 years as a consultant in McKinsey & Company’s Swiss office, he served a variety of clients in the pharmaceutical, financial, power, and manufacturing industries. His projects included corporate strategy, sales optimization, operational improvement, and organizational work. His interest in organizational development had him gather hands-on experience in culture change, transformational change management, leadership development, organizational design, and strategic HR management. With Exetor, Philipp has enjoyed serving clients in the professional services, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing industries as well as financial institutions. His clients value his breadth of perspective and his ability to switch between the roles of coach, facilitator, and consultant when the situation calls for it.
