Philipp comes to Exetor with a decade of experience in management consulting and leadership development. During his 7 years as a consultant in McKinsey & Company’s Swiss office, he served his clients on organizational, operational, and strategic topics across industries. Philipp is driven by his curiosity of how to optimally support the development of high performing individuals and teams in any individual client context. His approach to leadership development combines evidence-based insights from the fields of neuroscience, positive psychology, behavioral economics and leadership theory.
As a management consultant with McKinsey, Philipp worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, financial, power, and manufacturing industries. His interest in organizational work had him gather hands-on experience in culture change, transformational change management, leadership development, organizational design and strategic HR management. Since working independently, Philipp has enjoyed serving healthcare, banking, and manufacturing companies globally. His clients value his breadth of perspective and his ability to switch between the roles of coach, facilitator, and consultant when the situation calls for it.
Philipp’s coaching and facilitation thrives on enabling others access to topics of social and emotional intelligence by using a mix of structure, science, and deep personal exploration.
