For 15 years, she held in-house leadership roles across high-growth startups (AppNexus, Better, Collibra), big tech (Meta), and finance (Jane Street), blending her knowledge of people dynamics and complex project management with her strong commitment to business results.
She currently designs and delivers programs for leaders and teams from many backgrounds and industries, including primarily tech and finance but also healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit, higher education, and government. As an advisor, Nitya is passionate about fostering agile, values-driven, people-first cultures that scale.
