Neela Bettridge

Global Practitioner

Neela turns good leaders into outstanding executives, and talented individuals into strong teams. No two people, and no two teams, are the same – so why would off-the-shelf coaching work the same for everybody? Understanding this, Neela has built a bespoke, creative and human-centric coaching practice, making use of various diagnostic tools and individualised experiential interventions. She works with clients to build their communication skills, presence, self-awareness, team awareness, and sense of purpose, nurturing analytical and emotional intelligence – both essential for leading through complexity.

Neela draws on not only 18 years’ experience as a Business Leadership Coach, but also over 25 years as a senior executive and entrepreneur. Her varied career has taken her from being a director of global communications agency Saatchi & Saatchi to co-founding one of the UK’s first sustainability consultancies, Article 13, of which she is still a non-executive director. As a coach, Neela has worked with venture capital companies, multinationals, and in growth and tech industries worldwide. Previous clients include TSB, eBay, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Tech Nation and Natwest to name a few.
