Melodie Hicks brings a wealth interdisciplinary experience to her work as an executive educator. She has served McKinsey for over 15 years, delivering ILW, CLW I, CST Learning programs, as well as many office based programs, such as Stress Management, Facilitation Masterclass and High Impact Learning Design. She often incorporates theatre based techniques, focusing on increasing self-awareness and personal presence. She is a seasoned coach, working with McKinsey partners and directors in several European Offices. Melodie has served over 50 companies world wide, including financial institutions, consumer products, and medical companies.
Melodie’s work is informed by her background in educational psychology, curriculum design and transformational learning theory. Her extensive experience in theatre as an actress and director contribute to her ability to help participants increase centeredness, expressiveness and embodiment in their communication.
Melodie combines her passions for the psychology of transformative learning, embodiment, and theatre; with her commitment to personal insight and development to deliver high impact learning programs. She resides in Normandy, France and is fluent in French.
