Marta brings over 10 years of experience in developing organizations and individuals at an international level. She has a systemic and vertical development perspective on leadership and organisational development, which she combines with an embodied lens. She believes in leadership starting from within – that is leading oneself in order to lead others – and in the importance of creating generative spaces in teams and organisations, where dialogue and co-creation can take place.
She bridges cultural gaps in Anglo-Saxon, Spanish and German speaking countries, and works toward aligning business purpose, with culture and values in organisations. She has trained and coached senior leaders and teams both in big corporate organisations and in SMEs across countries, where ambiguity and uncertainty are the norm. She brings industry experience in oil & gas, automotive, engineering, professional services, construction, social media, aerospace. She has also done pro-bono work both in the UK (as an active member of the UK Values Alliance with the purpose to build a values-driven society), in Ethiopia and Cameroon (in cooperation environments).
