Lee Ann joined Exetor in 2017. She is the company controller who manages the finances and reporting for Exetor. This includes the accounting systems, working with a variety of currencies, managing compliance, and financial reporting. Lee Ann leads the finance team in day-to-day operations while also working with Exetor’s leadership in managing Exetor’s finances. Lee Ann takes care of people and processes to provide stability for our business. She makes sure to provide for what the company needs to run smoothly from the top down to the ground up. Lee Ann led Exetor’s software integration, which resulted in global streamlined processes and significant operations efficiencies.
Prior to joining The Exetor Group, Lee Ann ran her own business working with small companies helping them with operations, accounting and consulting. Her professional career started in Early Childhood education and expanded to business management and accounting. She has served on several local board of directors and also volunteers in her local community.
