June brings to The Exetor Group over twenty years of corporate experience in leadership and organizational development. With an emphasis in developing future leaders, her expertise includes coaching, facilitating both small and large-scale meetings, and leading organizational change initiatives.
June’s corporate career includes roles as Vice President of Learning and Leadership Development at Cendant Corporation and Prudential Financial. Most recently at Cendant, she led succession planning for the Top 100, designed and delivered customized leadership development experiences, and was involved in the change initiative to “spin-off” the company into four separate legal entities. June enjoys combining her business knowledge, corporate experience, and understanding of the behavioral sciences, to help leaders achieve heightened levels of performance.
