Julie has over 25 years of business leadership experience, working across a broad range of industries and clients around the world.
For the last 10 years she has worked in a consulting and coaching capacity with the owners and teams of businesses seeking to grow their people, develop strong teams and achieve their business goals. She has worked with executives in the C-suite, mid-level managers and individuals stepping into leadership for the first time.
Having also held various senior roles in multinational organisations such as BMW, Lexus and WPP, Julie also has experience working within businesses, developing and delivering on business and marketing strategy, leading through change, as well as in leading and developing individuals and teams.
She has travelled extensively, working with and consulting to large corporates as well as with mid-size and smaller entrepreneurial firms in Africa, Asia, Europe, the UK and the USA, These companies represent a wide spectrum of sectors including automotive, financial services, healthcare, entertainment, retail, travel/hospitality, telecommunications; construction, fintech, consulting and professional services, marketing and advertising and FMCG.
