Central to this work is the opportunity for individuals to prepare themselves for career adaptability and success as a result of current and future Fourth Industrial Revolution workplace changes – Julia asks, “Are you ‘YOU 4.0’?” She supports her clients through the keys to success: self-awareness, values identification, leadership voice, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
