George brings more than twenty years experience in building leaders and organizations. He brings to management consulting a diverse background that encompasses organizational systems, change management, team and leadership effectiveness. He also brings a depth of experience in companies at all stages of development, from pre-IPO to Fortune 100 companies. His industry experience is primarily in the areas of technology, Pharma, Bio-technology, and medical delivery.

Prior to working at Exetor, George worked at Apple Computer for 9 years where he managed the internal consulting group responsible for company-wide change management. George worked with the top leaders to devise and manage a transformation effort at the most critical time in Apple’s history. This work touched on strategy, individual coaching of leaders, training strategies and system-wide approaches to help shift an entrenched culture. Since Apple, George has also worked with Stanford’s Business School in developing a new Leadership Coaching program for second year MBA’s and continued to work in the MBA Alumni’s highest rated class called Interpersonal Dynamics.
