With over 20 years in executive development, management consulting, executive coaching and leadership, Craig brings a wide range of experiences serving senior executives in a variety of industries on leadership, performance improvement, and individual and team development. He specializes in helping clients link leadership development to strategy, bringing together both “hard” and “soft” skills to effect change.
Based in Munich, Craig leads Exetor’s work in Europe, serving clients across the region and globally. He has many years of experience working with executives to build high-performing teams and organizations, leading culture change and transformation, and supporting CEOs and their leadership teams to drive strategic change in their business. Craig helps leaders develop the insight, relationships, and vision they need for long-term personal and organizational success in a dynamic, rapidly changing world. His industry experience includes serving clients in technology, infrastructure and engineering, professional and financial services, health care, and transportation.
Craig began his career at the World Bank, following which he spent 12 years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Later in his career, he became a leader in McKinsey Global Learning, responsible for the design and delivery of global training and development programs for its consultants. He also co-led a worldwide program to assess and improve client satisfaction and impact. Craig has carried his passion for development to his pro bono work for not-for-profit institutions focused on education and leadership development of youth in the U.K., Puerto Rico, and Brazil.
