Craig Mitchell Ph.D.


With 20+ years of global leadership experience including 12-years in management consulting with McKinsey & Company, Craig brings to The Exetor Group a wide range of experience serving senior executives on leadership and team development, strategy, change programs, organization development, and operations. His industry experience includes serving a wide range of clients from emerging players in technology to leading global companies in aerospace, infrastructure and engineering, financial services, transportation, and professional services.

As one of the partners of Exetor based in Germany, Craig leads our work serving clients across Europe and globally. His focus is on executive development, coaching, and helping leaders develop the insight, relationships, and vision they need for long-term personal and organizational success in a dynamic, rapidly changing world.
Craig began his career at the World Bank, before becoming a management consultant with McKinsey. Later in his career, he became a leader in McKinsey Global Learning, responsible for the design and delivery of global training and development programs for consultants. He also co-led a worldwide program to assess and improve client satisfaction and impact. Craig has carried his passion for development to his pro bono work for not-for-profit institutions focused on education and leadership development of youth in the U.K., Puerto Rico, and Brazil.
