Chris has over 30 years of international experience as a Brand Marketer, Clinical psychologist and Global Human Resource Director, having lived and worked in Africa, UK and Europe, the USA and Asia. As an organisation development consultant, executive coach and facilitator, Chris specializes in helping leaders, teams and organisations develop the mindsets and skills required to unlock their potential and achieve their desired outcomes.
Chris balances his deep understanding of people with a thorough business and commercial awareness gained through working in companies such as Alfred Dunhill Ltd, Unilever and the WPP Group. His experience as a member or leader of multiple international project teams, and in Global Board Director roles, have given Chris significant experience in managing complexity, ambiguity and diversity across individual, organisational and cross-cultural dimensions. Having held senior commercial positions through both boom and bust cycles and in organisations undergoing major change, Chris has first-hand knowledge of individual, systemic and organisational transitions, culture change, employee engagement and leadership development in many different contexts. He was also integrally involved in the design and global implementation of many leadership development programs during his corporate career.
He is passionate about developing high performing leaders, teams and organisations in which employees are engaged and developed, and has consulted to, and coached executives in, companies in the Marketing Services, Management Consulting, Financial Services, IT, Mining, Professional Services and FMCG sectors.
