Brian specializes in facilitating group development and one to one coaching with senior executives for their growth as leaders. He has over 20 years experience in the corporate learning and development field and brings a distinct strength in facilitating teams or individuals through ‘sticking points’ difficulties/conflicts and points of choice.
Before joining Exetor, Brian has been a partner at GatenbySanderson and a senior learning and development consultant for a leading UK development training organization. He has worked with many clients and top teams in the corporate, public and voluntary sectors including, UK Government departments, Ernst and Young, UK fire service, HBOS, Wolseley, Shell, Coke Cola. His style adds to the Exetor approach and he creates an energised learning environment which supports people to develop beyond their initial beliefs. As an additional ability within his work Brian is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist allowing him when appropriate to facilitate leaders to work at deeper subconscious levels of mindset development.
