Andrew Fenniman is an executive consultant and coach who focuses his work with senior executives primarily on speeding up the accomplishment of results while developing leadership capability. Andrew was a Partner of Exetor from 2003 to 2009. As a Partner Emeritus of the Exetor Group, he brings to Exetor’s clients more than 25 years of experience in the field of leadership development and is acknowledged for his ability to bring insight, understanding, and clarity in complex situations.
An authority on listening, psychological safety, and adult learning, Andrew has consulted with leaders across corporate and social sector organizations such as Alliance Bernstein, Breastcancer.org, eBay, Egon Zehnder International, Goodwill Industries of Northern New England, HSBC, IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc., Omnicom Group Inc., Siemens, University of California San Francisco, and numerous companies across WPP.
Along with establishing Actionable Insights LLC, Andrew has served as Vice President of executive talent management for Prudential Financial and as Vice President with the Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management. He has taught Organizational Management in the Executive MBA program for the NYU Stern School of Business and International Nonprofit Management at the New School University. He has served on numerous boards, including the Advisory Board of the Andrew Young Center for Global Leadership at Morehouse College and the Maine Community Foundation.
