Alicha brings a depth of experience within the financial profession having worked in a variety of positions and organizations. Her experience working in both large and mid-size corporations helps her provide a perspective on best practices in financial systems.
Alicha joined The Exetor Group in 2022 as a member of the operational Finance Team. She is an accomplished financial professional with over 20 years of expertise in accounting, operations, payroll and administrative support. Prior to coming to The Exetor Group, Alicha has worked in various corporate and government entities. Having developed, created and implemented SOP’s and processes, Alicha possesses the tenacity to see complex tasks through to resolution.

Alicha’s attention to detail, strong professionalism and management skills are an asset to not just the Financial Team, but the entire organization. Alicha also teaches wellness classes in Yoga and Biking “Spin”. She is an avid learner and enjoys spending time with her (almost) grown children.
