With a career spanning 20+ years and 6 countries, Julia’s passion is supporting ambitious goal-oriented leaders and future leaders to own their voice and amplify their impact. She combines expertise in business communication development, executive coaching, mindset and behavioural change to deliver self-discovery and learning pathways to clients seeking exceptional performance in their chosen fields. She has worked with a wide variety of corporate teams and departments. Julia’s specialty is working with individuals – within their cultural, personal, and professional contexts – to develop the behaviours, relationships, and cognitive skills needed to identify their unique leadership style, overcome limiting beliefs, own their voice, build resilience and adaptability, ultimately maximizing their professional impact.

 

Along with her work at Exetor, Julia is an independent international executive coach based in Germany, where she has worked with senior executives from Siemens AG, Nexus Investments, Bosch GmbH, Siemens Healthineers, E.On, Metro, Deutsche Post, and Kantar Health, among others. Central to this work is the opportunity for individuals to prepare themselves for career adaptability and success as a result of current and future Fourth Industrial Revolution workplace changes – Julia asks, “Are you ‘YOU 4.0’?” She supports her clients through the keys to success: self-awareness, values identification, leadership voice, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

A native of Toronto, Julia has lived in multiple countries around the world and now resides in Erlangen, Germany with her husband and two teenage daughters. A lifelong learner, she walks her talk, having learnt to speak fluent German as an adult, and going from couch potato to passionate triathlete in her late 30s, completing 20 triathlons to date.
