Cynthia joined Exetor in 2005. For over 25 years she has collaborated with clients to produce performance-based solutions for organizational strategy and work force issues.  She develops customized approaches founded on her expertise in performance consulting, training, coaching, facilitation, and learning-system development.  Her programs drive significant performance improvement across multiple operational metrics.

Cynthia has created leadership programs and curriculum for over 20 companies in financial services, engineering, healthcare and education. As Director of Organization Development at Huntington Hospital in Los Angeles, Cynthia worked with executive management to create a performance-based culture in a diverse community. Her experience includes internal senior consulting roles at PacifiCare Health Systems and Kaiser Permanente.  Prior to her work in the healthcare industry, Cynthia consulted with Action Systems which served financial firms across North America providing sales and market management expertise.
