Colette M. Ruoff is a consultant, facilitation specialist and executive coach who specializes in building the leadership capabilities of executives at all levels of management. With extensive line management experience, experience coaching executives in leadership skills and training in Gestalt psychotherapy, she has an excellent foundation to assist executives in building their personal power and influence within the context and culture of large organizations. Through workshops and one-on-one coaching, Colette has worked extensively with executives to develop a highly effective problem solving and interpersonal communication style that draws on their natural strengths while expanding their versatility. Her focus is on building the executive’s ability to create trust-based relationships that will leverage his or her power with clients and throughout their organization.

Colette has served as Senior Faculty for The Exetor Group delivering leadership workshops and individual coaching to McKinsey & Company, Inc. consultants since 1997.   She has also worked with the senior executives of Egon Zehnder, WPP, Lucent and J&J to help them reach their goals. In the field of financial services, Colette has served as a Vice President of the Real Estate lending division of a major New York money center bank and as a Director of the International Investment unit of a large insurance company.
