Klaus comes to Exetor as a partner, bringing his expertise in the areas of leadership, people development, organization development, and top management consulting.   

 

As People and Organizational Developer for Siemens, Klaus designed and delivered training programs, and implemented feedback and supervision circles as well as performance evaluation systems and improvement initiatives. Prior to that, he served as a Project Leader and Consultant with Siemens Internal Strategy Consulting group, coaching executives and designing improvement programs for a wide range of industries. Before his work with Siemens, he served as an advisor to senior management on issues of profitability and organizational effectiveness throughout Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.
