Hamish brings to Exetor considerable expertise in one-to-one and team coaching at all company levels. He works with senior executives of national as well as global companies in the arena of leadership development including key interpersonal skills and self management. As the International MBA course coach at the Universitat de Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, he fosters intercultural awareness among the student group and helps build climates of continuous improvement in teamwork. He has designed and implemented indoor and outdoor teambuilding programs, involving such companies as Danone, Linde, LU Biscuits, Air France and KLM. He also collaborates with local Spanish government programs focused on coaching and training employees in key work skills.
