Craig Mitchell

A 12-year management consultant with McKinsey & Company, Craig brings to The Exetor Group deep experience in building leadership and relationship capabilities, and a wide range of consulting experience serving senior executives on strategy, change programs, organization development, and operations.

 

Prior to joining The Exetor Group, Craig was Director of McKinsey's Client Impact Initiative, where he developed a worldwide program to assess client satisfaction and impact.  He also served as a coach to teams of McKinsey partners.  Previously, he was a leader in McKinsey's Firm Learning, responsible for the design and delivery of global learning programs.  He has also done pro bono work for institutions focused on education and leadership development of youth in the U.K., Puerto Rico, and Brazil.
