Edward Lamont

Edward is an executive coach and trainer who works internationally from his base in London, England. His coaching and training experience has been primarily in the areas of leadership impact, communication, and motivation. He began his career in outplacement and life/work design, and also has experience in training facilitators, delivering presentation skills master classes, and enhancing performance in individuals and organizations through application of the principles of cognitive psychology.

Edward brings a strong sensitivity to the business needs of his clients from previous work as a commodities broker, and as the manager of a highly successful new products development team for a fast growing information services company. He graduated as a student of distinction with a degree in foreign languages (German and French), and did post-graduate work in physical theatre in Paris. Recent assignments have included work for American Express, KPMG, BP Oil International, Capital One, and Halliburton, where he has worked at board level on a variety of change initiatives. Other clients include Cisco Systems, Shell Oil, Barclays Bank, British Telecom, Axa Insurance, and The Children’s Society.
