Annette Isenschmid

	Annette has been an independent consultant for personnel and organizational development since 1997 in Zurich, Switzerland. Her expertise is concentrated in the areas of change management. In this work Annette develops concepts as well as implements change processes. She conducts programs in both English and German. Annette teamed with The Exetor Group in 2003.
	She started her career with several teaching assignments in the USA, West-Africa and in Switzerland. After her MBA she worked for two global banks, Credit Suisse and Swiss Bank Corporation where she held various positions in marketing, corporate communications and internal consulting.
	In addition to managing her own business, Annette was a lecturer at the University of Zurich and the Specialist University in Rapperswil, Zurich. She offered a course in “The New Cultures of Learning” and “Leadership and Team-Leadership”.

	Annette lives with her partner in Zurich, Switzerland and shares with him a passion for Austrian wines. In her spare time she likes jogging, inline skating and during winter is a passionate skier.
