As The Exetor Group's lead administrator, Shawna joined The Exetor Group in 2002. She is charged with keeping the central hub running smoothly. In addition to managing the support staff, her responsibilities include leading recruiting, program planning, and project management. In a virtual world and with a team that travels all over the globe, maintaining seamless operations is no small task. But Shawna, who has a background in the hospitality and financial industries, brings to the company a combination of pragmatism, approachability, and order that helps everyone on the Exetor team stay in sync.

Prior to coming to The Exetor Group, Shawna worked as personal banker at AnchorBank in Madison, Wisconsin for 4 years and as financial associate at A.G. Edwards & Sons in Durango, Colorado for 3 years. She also spent 3 years as manager of a bed and breakfast in Durango.
