Andrew Fenniman

An expert in leadership, dialogue, psychological safety, and managerial learning, Andrew is a partner at The Exetor Group. He brings to the company a strong background in international organizational-capability building as well as valuable expertise in designing performance management processes and needs assessment protocols. He also brings experience in providing top-quality, one-on-one coaching to senior executives, facilitating both large- and small-scale forums, and building strategy and objective alignment systems.

 

Andrew came to The Exetor Group from Prudential Financial, where he served as Vice President of executive talent management.  Previously he was Vice President with the Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management, where he consulted with leaders of the public, private, and social sectors. He has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School and teaches in the Executive MBA program for the NYU Stern School of Business. Andrew serves on the advisory board of the Leadership Center at Morehouse College and on the boards of several other prestigious institutions, including the New York City chapter of the Alzheimer's Association
