Brad Federman brings to The Exetor Group over 18 years of experience in the performance improvement profession as a leader, executive and coach. He is the President of Performance Point, a leading performance enhancement company best known for its work turning strategy into execution, improving sales and service achievements, and driving stronger employee commitment and engagement.

 

Formerly, Brad was the Executive Vice President of Novations, a management training and consulting firm that focused on leadership, development, selection and retention for Fortune 1000 companies.  He has extensive experience in HR functions, including compensation, recruitment, change management, and instructional design.  His clients include FedEx, Kaiser Permanente, Mayo Clinic, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Hilton, Stanford Group, UBS, Educational Testing Service, Deloitte and Touche, Hewitt and Associates, Gillette, Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, Wal-Mart, and Mosaic.  Brad held previous positions with Accenture, Norrell Services, and Humana.
