Allison specializes in coaching individual leaders, helping them to clarify their goals and achieve their strategic objectives. She also works with teams, enhancing their capabilities in both the task and interpersonal realms, and with organizations, enabling them to become more effective and efficient by overcoming the technical and organizational barriers to change.

 

Allison had over 5 years experience in high performing organizations, including Wachovia and Capital One, before becoming an independent consultant in 2002.  She held managerial roles in highly dynamic environments.  She led major marketing efforts to drive customer adoption of online banking services, initiated expansion of online service offerings, led company website redesigns, developed new workflows and processes, chaired a committee responsible for the study and development of the team’s culture, and managed a project management staff.
