Paula is an experienced executive coach and facilitator and brings to The Exetor Group over 10 years experience in guiding people successfully through major transitions. She is a valued partner with her clients in creating sustainable & profitable growth for their businesses.

She began her career in the recruitment and search and selection industries in Ireland, where she specialized in setting up regional offices and developing markets for two national firms. She then served as the MD of a children’s charity, and the sales manager of a sales training firm before being hired to run the Northern Ireland business for Right Management Inc, the world’s largest HR and career management consultancy, where she specialised in career and organisational consulting, and coaching senior executives in transition. Having trained as a coach with the Newfield Network, she relocated to London and created a private coaching practice working with entrepreneurs and corporate leadership teams.
