Vijay brings to Exetor extensive training, coaching and consulting experience in both industry and academia.  Currently, his primary focus is on helping people navigate major life transitions, both personal and professional.  In addition, he is a corporate trainer in the areas of leadership, change management, strategy, and creative thinking.    

Previously, he spent 21 years with Ogilvy & Mather, during which, he worked with major corporations and leading brands around the world. Most recently, he served on Ogilvy’s Asia-Pacific Board as Regional Strategy Director, overseeing Corporate Strategy, Account Planning and Training/Talent Development for 20 countries across Asia. He has lived in Mumbai, Bangalore, Singapore, London, and Hong Kong.

A brush with cancer in 2001 sparked Vijay’s commitment to holistic health and personal growth. His belief (from lived experience) that deep self-awareness is the starting point for any lasting change is what grounds his approach to professional development.
