Kate brings extensive knowledge of interpersonal and group dynamics to Exetor and specializes in global skill building and diverse teams. She combines her international experience and training and consulting background to engage individuals at all levels from staff to senior executives around issues of trust, effective communication, and leadership.    

 

Since 2003, Kate has been designing, developing, and delivering programs for US and European consultancies to address some of the myriad of complex challenges today’s global companies face. In the past, she has been charged with leading a multi-country, multi-site strategic training initiative to help launch a global resourcing project and assisting international high potential teams to develop effective working practices. Her work has taken her across the globe to engage hundreds of individuals from over thirty-five nations and has been the subject of media worldwide, including CNN's Business Traveler and the Dubai daily Gulf News. Aside from consulting and training, Kate has also taught international business management courses and served in advisory roles.
