Through online assessments, in-depth interviews, team problem solving, simulations, case studies, role-playing, small group discussions, presentations, focused reflection, reading, videotaping, and faculty and peer coaching, we introduce our clients to a range of approaches, giving leaders the flexibility to find the learning tool that works best for them and reflects their specific business context.
 
   

The Process - Our personalized approach may include several or all of the following strategies: joint assessment and gap analysis, a joint formulation of a systemic approach, advice for modifying many business elements to align them with a new strategy, intensive coaching and mentor activities, and learning immersion through observation of a specific essential skill.
