About Us

Paul Rutherford

For over 25 years - in owner-managed businesses, venture-funded growth companies and Fortune 500 corporations - Paul has pursued two passions; working with colleagues and Clients to solve business problems, and helping others to develop themselves, both professionally and personally.

He began his career in marketing services agencies, where he developed his creativity and communications expertise - traits which still inform his consulting today. Subsequently, he spent 10 years Client-side, holding commercial leadership positions in Xerox and IBM. Over the past decade, Paul has been a member of the senior management team of a global software business and a main board director of an EMEA Executive Search firm. Throughout his career, he has built and led teams - from two people in one office to 150 staff across 16 countries.
