About Us

Hamish Nichols

Hamish brings to Exetor considerable expertise in one-to-one and team coaching at all company levels. He works with senior executives of national as well as global companies in the arena of leadership development including key interpersonal skills and self management. As the International MBA course coach at the Universitat de Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, he fosters intercultural awareness among the student group and helps build climates of continuous improvement in teamwork. He has designed and implemented indoor and outdoor teambuilding programs, involving such companies as Danone, Linde, LU Biscuits, Air France and KLM. He also collaborates with local Spanish government programs focused on coaching and training employees in key work skills.

Hamish's professional training includes:

• MSC in Integrative Psychotherapy, Middlesex University, UK
• B.A. in English and European Literature, Warwick University, UK
• Postgraduate course participant in Organizational Consulting, Fundació Bosch i Gimpera, Barcelona University, Spain

Hamish's professional experience also includes work in the UK as a psychotherapist and group worker specialist in the mental health field. He has lived in Barcelona for the past seven years and is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Catalan.
