Adrian O. Mielke

With over 13 years experience in management consulting, industrial corporations and education, Adrian brings to Exetor a wide breadth of management consulting experience serving executives and their teams on strategy, organization development and business improvement projects as well as a depth of experience in supporting individuals discover and use their leadership potential.

In managerial positions at KPMG Consulting and Infineon Technologies he led global post merger integration, outsourcing and organizational development projects across a variety of industries in North America, Europe and Asia. As an independent consultant he coaches leaders and their teams on leadership and project management. As a part-time university faculty he conducts research on emotions and their impact on personal and business performance. Adrian has co-founded a charity foundation to bring together people who want to make a difference.
