As an Executive Coach and Consultant, Elizabeth combines her business acumen and passion for people, to ignite transformational change through real communication for teams and individuals.

Elizabeth has delivered deliberate culture development, women’s leadership, team collaboration and leadership development programs across multiple functions and industries for start-ups, middle market businesses, and large global companies.

Prior to coaching and consulting, Elizabeth worked for GE in a variety of leadership roles in marketing, product management, operations and sales throughout many GE businesses, including Energy, Capital, Ventures, Appliances, and Corporate.  She worked on many “firsts” for GE and led the Women’s Network in the Bay Area.  Elizabeth brings an uplifting energy to everything she does and has been acknowledged with many GE awards including the Growth Value Award for “Inclusiveness”, CMO award nominee, Corporate Initiative Award, and Management Award.

Elizabeth’s strength and passion is to empower people’s authenticity to create a differentiated culture that accelerates business success.  She is an enthusiastic family member and friend, passionate hiker, swimmer in the Bay, traveler, philanthropist and is proud to live in San Francisco.
