Claude Hoffmann

Claude brings to Exetor 15 years of experience as a strategy and business consultant. His specific talent is to help solve complex equations involving business and financial issues as well as personal and inter-personal dimensions. He draws on classical strategy as well as organizational behavior and group dynamics. Claude has developed a solid expertise in very different fields including Life Sciences, Private Banking, Tourism, NGO's, and Food.

As a vice- president at Gemini Consulting, Claude designed and led numerous large scale international transformations, involving usually a combination of process, organization and technology changes. Concerned about the missing human dimension, he decided to take part in the creation of Transformance in France, whose idea was to bring together business consulting and executive coaching. As a Senior Partner, he helped develop the firm into a front runner in its market. Claude joined Exetor in 2008, to reinforce its European capability.
