Anna Thurdin-Hedblad

Anna’s expertise ranges from leadership development and assessment to organizational development, learning design and change communication.

Prior to joining Exetor, Anna has worked as organisational and communications consultant and coach, serving top management in several large Northern European countries on a range of individual and organisational leadership issues. She has also spent five years at McKinsey & Company, where she designed, developed and delivered training programs for the consultants, first in Scandinavia and later as Manager of Higher Tenure Programs with the global McKinsey Learning team. Anna has also done pro bono work for the International Baccalaureate Organisation, supporting this education institution to develop their global growth strategy.  She speaks several languages, which has enabled her to serve her clients internationally across Europe and North America.

Anna is keen on helping individuals discover their potential and own their power to shape their context, and she is willing to let herself be impacted by the exploration. This enables her to contribute to deep learning and transformation. She lives with her husband Erik outside of Stockholm, close to the forest and the sea.
